Spencer's new ride

Subject: New DRZ in the stable 4/9/2010, 2:54 pm

I got the little guy a new ride today. Super clean, low hour 2003 DR-Z 110. He is stoked..... bananna

Previous owner said he only ran 2 tanks of gas through it. The last ORV stick was from 04' Idaho. Too good of a deal to pass up!

We took the new DRZ out to Someday Way for a little shake down ride.

I've never seen Spencer riding so good or so fast.

I think we made the right move by stepping up to a bigger bike.

Thanks for forgetting my gloves Dad!

He only crashed once and tipped over twice....... poser

But, he had a smile on his face the entire time we were there..... big

It's a well ridden area and the track is perfect for the little riders. It is rare to see anybody else out there. We've been lucky to have it to ourselves lately.

Fresh oil, filter (same filter as the XR650R), spark plug, grips, grip donuts, bar pad, over-the-top brake pedal, and a BBR skid plate.

Looking good! What's the over the top brake thingy? Never heard that one before.

Your boy and the bike look like a perfect match in your riding pictures.

The stock pedal is of poor design and is routed under the right foot peg mount.

It's the first thing to go in a crash and my boy did just that last Sunday.

The over-the-top pedal is just routed up and over the foot peg mount.
